Does your club do antenna parties?

Tower Work at KC5OK

Perfect weather was on tap in Altus, OK for tower work and a number of amateur radio operators made use of the opportunity to help Wayne, KC5OK with his tower project.

Does your club do antenna parties for members?  What tips can you offer for these kind of events?

Help Wanted Tulsa

The Tulsa Amateur Radio Club is once again providing ride support for the Tour de Tulsa bike ride.

This ride starts at the Riverwest Festival Park near 21st & Jackson at 8AM May 4th (Saturday).

If you can help out with communications support for this event, please contact Jay (AD5PE)  at 918.852.2885 to volunteer or if you have questions.

We mostly need sags (mobile radio equipped vehicle that can carry at least one rider with bicycle) but there are some spots where an HT is sufficient and others that are stationary.

Thanks,
Jay
